Urgent Care

Virtual urgent care visits through Reid HealthNOW are no longer available. If you need prompt medical care for a non-emergent illness or condition, please visit one of our Reid Health Urgent Care facilities -- conveniently located in Richmond and Connersville -- or our Reid Ready Care Walk-in Clinic at the Richmond Meijer store. Schedule an appointment by using MyChart or by calling your nearest location.

Urgent Care

Urgent Care provides patients convenient care for conditions that are not life-threatening.

When you need prompt medical care but don't need to go to the Emergency Room, consider going to an Urgent Care facility. See a list of our locations.

When you need medical attention, knowing where to go is an important decision. Reid Health Urgent Care offers convenient hours, and all our locations are open seven days a week.

When Do I Go to Urgent Care?

Our urgent care centers treat injuries or illnesses requiring immediate care but aren't serious enough to require an ER visit. In an emergency, always call 9-1-1.
