The doctor was polite, and knowledgeable, listened to what I had to say, and was thorough with his information. The issue I had with the visits was at the end when the scheduling nurse said they weren't scheduling anthem patients, the news reported you guys were scheduling that's why I cancelled my appointment with an out of town surgeon. If this were the case then the appointment never should have been made in the first place or was a complete waste of mine, and your staffs time, I'll be calling the billing company and refusing to pay for this visit.

Dr. Moore clearly explained everything I needed to know and expect.

They made sure all of my questions and concerns were answered. They made me feel comfortable and not just another appointment.

Everyone in the office was so nice. Both, the nurse and Dr. were chill, and didn't seem rushed. They took the time to answer my questions So far, so good

Why ask for a survey when patients have had care from your facility and numerous doctors specialty care and surgeries when our insurance providers a d health care administrations is only booting over 44,000 medicals needs of patients. Out of the best concern as patients living where we were born thave to find other doctors outside our area. That could leave us into worse health conditions by having longer waiting times and more stress thAn needed. Sure we all have rights. Think about that. Best of luck to ya..

The office staff was pleasant and helpful. Dr. Moore spent time with us and made sure we understood everything. He is caring, knowledgeable and made us comfortable throughout the visit. We would highly recommend him.

Dr. Moore is a very good doctor and makes you feel at ease as soon as he comes into the room he talks to you in a manner you can understand and will go back over it if you don't understand I would diffently recommend him to all my family and friends

I truly feel we are blessed to have such wonderful medical resources in Richmond and many of the surrounding counties. Thank you for always being there for all of us!!!
