Great experience

Chelsea, Dr. Siegel, and all of the staff are understanding, knowledgeable, caring, professional and friendly. Everyone is easy with a smile and seem to be dedicated to the patient. I'm not surprised. Reid Health has always treated me this way.

Every visit has been very good. People are very kind and nice. Answer questions do a great job.

All the staff, including medical, were very congenial and accommodating. I was in and out in a very short time. Dr. Uphaus was extremely thorough in her medical explanations. I was very satisfied wirh this visit.

Chelsea was great. She went over everything with me and was nice . I really thought she was very knowledgeable

I appreciated how the medical assistant carried my questions to my provider. I received answers and a handout resource. I appreciate the compassion shared during my appt. I hope compassion is extended to the many people that are covered by Anthem. Negotiate now.

We never saw Chelsea at urological care, but after meeting & talking with her we would highly recommend. She knows what she's doing & listens but mist importantly seems to care & doesn't make you feel rushed.

The vitals collected during visit were updated incorrectly in my chart. The NP was very thorough. Enough details were provided.

My visit with Chelsea Uphaus was great. She is a very compassionate person and always makes you feel like you're the only patient she has for the day. Never rushes,listens and makes you feel better about your issues. I'm very thankful for all she has done for me over the last year. Reid Urology saved my life and for that I will always be grateful !

Very timely, good information and friendly

I thought the np and nurse did their best to make an uncomfortable test comfortable. both were nice and I felt like they actually cared.

They are always friendly and there is no hassle or needless waiting around. All the doctors and nurses are caring and make you feel comfortable.

I appreciate getting rescheduled quickly.

Reid hospital in Richmond is a better hospital

Have been really impressed with Reid Urology, from the Drs, the nurses, the front desk. Everyone is pleasant, caring, and friendly. Highly recommend Reid Urology!

I seen a different person this time, she was very nice and answered any questions I had.

Everyone from the front office , medical assistants, scheduling, to Chelsea were extremely nice & very very helpful. We were very pleased by how friendly they were. Can't say anything negative about anyone.

Chelsea Uphaus NP was great, through no fault of her it took way too long to be seen . That falls on Reid Health not having enough providers in this medical field.

After 3 cancellation with my dr. I was hoping to know what she had to say about the papers that was sent from my other drs. Was told to bring my daughter and there wasn't much why she was needed , taking months to get testing done , was a little disappointed , the sub dr. Was very nice , but not who I started out with

I met with a new NP. She had my diagnostic testing results and what had been discussed at my previous visit. Everyone was pleasant & helpful!

Chelsea was great. I really liked her

I was given several papers to fill out upon my arrival with questions about the issues that brought me in to see the doctor. It took me until the end of my appointment to finish filling the papers out. The doctor never looked at the papers and didn't do any kind of examination, just gave me some pills and sent me home. I felt like the doctor cared nothing about me as a patient or what problems I was having. When I scheduled a follow up, I later noticed the doctor I will be seeing will not be the same one I saw today. The quality of care I've been receiving recently has been horrible. Something is wrong with me and not one of the doctors I am seeing seems interested in figuring out what is happening to me and how to take care of it, just shift me around to another doctor. I'm ready to start seeing some doctors that have no association with Reid.

At first I was disappointed that I didn't get to see Dr. Siegel. This was probably the third time my appointment was changed because "Dr. Siegel has surgery that day." When the appointment is changed one thinks it is to accommodate Dr. Siegel so he can see you on the new appointment schedule. It was finally explained to me why that doesn't happen by Chelsea Uphaus and it was appreciated. I do think that it could have been explained years ago and I would not have expected to ever see Dr. Siegel. However, with that said, I was super impressed with the N. P., Chelsea Uphaus. She answered my questions, explained my PSA and filled me in on why I wasn't seeing Dr. Siegel. I asked her about not coming back, after driving from New Castle for 17 years, and doing this with my primary care doctor. She thoroughly discussed this with me and as a result, I did not make an appointment for 2024. But I could see changing my mind if she were my future primary care person. I would also like to give a positive evaluation to the nurse who greeted me and took my information. I'm sorry but I forgot her name but she was short in stature, maybe Hispanic background. She was as good as I have had. So the bottom line was that I came with sort of a negative attitude but left with a very positive one because of the way I was treated. Thank you!

Unlike other appointments in this clinic this one seemed short and quick to the point. Not like the other ones when they spent a few minutes before the appointment talking about how things were going. She didn't seem to care that I didn't feel like I was over my infection.

Always have a great experience at urological care

I have a ton of anxiety about even going to the Doctor and have to push myself to go to my appts but once in the office and welcomed warmly. Then in the patient exam room The provider made me feel like my care was all that mattered and was very good and allowing me to express my concern and ask questions and just made me feel like we known each other for some time and that she truly cared about making sure I understood what was ahead of me and my knowledge and comfort through it all mattered. And that means a lot to me.

They were all good workers and God Bless Them.

Get more urology staff so people don't have to wait till June 29 for a critical issue to see a doctor On a side note for today NP chelsea did a super job trying to get me on the right track with my ongoing UTI issue. WE GOT A PLAN.
